- I'm sorry, but regardless of whether or not someone is employed or unemployed does not give them the right to commit crimes against anyone! I'll agree that they are probably more predisposed to committing a crime because they're unemployed, but to do so gives them an excuse.

- Dear Student....the jury made a decision based on the evidence that was presented. My guess is that the video was shown during the trial, and for whatever reason, they did not convict.

- It's not coincidence that the jury was all white. It's what both the prosecuting and defending attorneys agreed upon when they picked the jury. Don't get mad at the jury for looking at the evidence and acquitting the officer.

- Seems to me that the punishment is simple. First the guilty cheerleaders have to pay the medical bill. They have to make an open apology to all the girls that they hazed. And finally, they should be kicked off the cheerleading squad.
